Different annual subscriptions and costs are available for different usage types, which typically generate different amounts of data & cost
A subscription, normally annual, needs to be purchased initially with a tracker, and again when a subscription expires. Without renewal, a tracker will stop operating/reporting its location.
The subscription fee covers the combined costs of monthly: SIM rental; data generated; TrackServer platform & hosting; and 3rd party (Google) map license costs.
Each subscription includes a quota of SMS credits likely to be sufficient for the subscription period. Additional SMS credits can be purchased.
Customers should monitor the subscription expiry dates so as to renew in time. We will endeavour to make contact with customers when expiry dates are approached.
Subscripton invoices need to be paid within 1 month.
We can only sell subscriptions and SMS credits for trackers we have sold. If you can no longer get these from your supplier, please get in touch.
To RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, go to the Subscription page and add the appropriate one to your basket and check out using Stripe (lower fees) or PayPal. Enter your device 6 digit ID number (Order & Delivery Comments) when requested.
We use a Reasonable Use limit of 2000 position reports per week, at a 60 second minimum reporting time interval, which should be more than sufficient.
There is also a "USE IT or LOSE IT" policy, whereby trackers whose subscriptions have expired by more than 100 days, will be deemed inactive. We may inactivate them if not renewed, to end its periodic costs to us. They can be re-activated at a small cost within 6m if necessary.
