Position bundles are no longer available, and have been superceded by our simplified range of Subscription products. Please follow link to: Subscriptions.

Reasons:

The reason for this is that in addition to monthly SIM rental and data charges per tracker, from mid Nov2017 we now have significant additional monthly platform costs per tracker per month.

The new platform costs are charged by the company providing:

1. New (and ongoing) Web-app and App user interface development,
2. Hosting and data storage at high speed using solid state drives,
3. Licensed Map (Google) access costs,
4. Support services.

The Position bundles were withdrawn because they are capable of lasting an indefinite number of months. Some trackers owners that purchased a 10,000 Position bundle for €61 have had 4 years service (since 2013) with plenty more years to go, under present circumstances. This used to be an acceptable cost when the monthly SIM charges were our only monthly costs, but it's now unsustainable.
We have reduced our annual subscription prices to compensate and have added a very reasonable special subscription rate for Plant and Agri vehicles.

Position credits conversion:

In our new financial year, starting 1April 2018, we will be converting our remaining customer Position credit balances over to equivalent Subscription expiry dates, beyond which a further subscription will need to be purchased.
The calculated Expiry date will be worked out as follows, adding months to the date of conversion:

1. Bundle purchased within last 12 months, the remaining balance of Positions on 1Apr2018 will be converted giving 2 months per 1000 credits remaining.
2. Bundle purchased 12-24 months ago, the remaining balance of Positions on 1Apr2018 will be converted giving 1.5 months per 1000 credits remaining.
3. Bundle purchased over 24 months ago, the remaining balance of Positions on 1Apr2018 will be converted giving 1 month per 1000 credits remaining.

All SMS credits will be carried forward unaffected. We hope the above is regarded as fair.
